Fotografia Efémera e Pigmentos Naturais
A antotipia (anthos = flor + typos = marca/impressão) é um processo fotográfico que se baseia na fotossensibilidade de certos corantes presentes na natureza.
É um processo efémero, que pode ser estabilizado com auxílio de preservantes (vernizes e outros), mas não “fixado”, uma vez que as moléculas que compõem os pigmentos vegetais continuam a sofrer transformações.
Nesta oficina extraímos o pigmento de algumas plantas e vegetais, fazemos as soluções de trabalho, aplicamos em suportes de natureza diversa e construímos fotografias com diferentes materiais (fotogramas, transparências, etc.).

Antotype (anthos = flower + typos = brand / impression) is a photographic process that is based on the photosensitivity of certain dyes present in nature – plants, vegetables and fruits. It is an ephemeral process, which can be stabilized with the help of preservatives (varnishes and others), but not “fixed”, since the molecules that make up the vegetable pigments remain active and, therefore, in a permanent state of transformation/degradation.
In this workshop, we extract the pigment from some plants and vegetables, make the working solutions, apply it in different supports and create photographs with different materials.
